Warranty & Returns for Complete Peace of Mind

Each Naturally device comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Covers: defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Remedy: repair of the product free of charge. If repair is not possible, an appropriate alternative (e.g. replacement) will be offered at our discretion.

Excludes: damage from misuse, accidents, wear-and-tear, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic-only issues.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Item must be in original condition with all accessories. You may test the product as you would in a store.But excessive use may reduce your refund.

Processed within 14 days of receipt (or proof of return shipment).
Include full purchase price and any standard delivery costs paid with the original order.
Do not include premium/express delivery upgrades.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or Naturally’s error. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

1. Wear & tear (scratches, fading, battery capacity loss).
2. Damage from misuse/accidents.
3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4. Hygiene-sensitive or custom products where returns are not allowed once unsealed/used (we will always inform you in advance if this applies).

Naturally products are designed for durability, safety, and ease of use. All devices are manufactured in compliance with relevant EU safety and environmental regulations and undergo strict quality checks. While we do not publish details on every component material, we are committed to ensuring that all products meet EU requirements for consumer safety.

Your statutory rights remain fully protected. Under Dutch and EU law, consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of at least 2 years for goods that are defective or non-conforming.

Our 1-year Naturally warranty is an additional commercial warranty provided for your convenience. It sits alongside your legal rights, not instead of them.
