Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking options. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to safeguard your information. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

Please provide a complete and accurate address with a valid phone number and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Naturally cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout through our trusted courier partners (varies by location). You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, and a dispatch email with tracking details once shipped. Address changes can only be made before dispatch by emailing naturally@gmail.com.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after successful payment. Delivery times vary by location and courier partner, provided as a guide from the date of dispatch. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) with two attempts before return. Additional attempts or rescheduling shall incur additional fees upon our discretion.

All orders are insured during transit and require a signature upon delivery. Once signed for, responsibility transfers to you (or your chosen recipient, if sent as a gift).
